Carolyn Cross – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Cross was one of the initial founders and financial supporters of Ondine Biomedical Inc. in 1999 and currently serves as the Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer the Company. Ms. Cross has over 18 years direct experience working with early stage companies and has 25 years experience with public market securities. Previously, Ms. Cross was responsible for managing pension, pooled, mutual and private client funds as a Vice President with Royal Bank Investment Management Inc., the fund management arm of the Royal Bank of Canada. She currently sits on the boards of a number of companies including Periowave Dental Technologies, Inc., OrGenX Biopharma Corp., and Sinuwave Technologies Corp, and sits on the Advisory Board of the McGill University Dental School. Ms Cross is a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization, the International Women’s Forum, the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts, the Courthill and Cherie Blair Foundations, and the Association for Professionals In Infection Control and Epidemiology. Ms Cross is the Founder of OrGenX Biopharma Corporation, a WEConnect certified company.

Nicolas G. Loebel – Chief Technology Officer and President

Dr. Loebel serves as President and Chief Technology Officer to the Company, specializing in product research and development, photochemistry, systems integration, and cross-functional team building. His research focus has centered on novel photochemistries, rheological modeling of periodontal disease and tooth mobility, fiber optic waveguide propagation theory, evanescent coupling and the applications of optical fibers to interferometric sensors. He has experience in dental and medical product development and manufacturing, corporate management and business development in public and private market environments. He has authored numerous publications and patents and lectures regularly on antimicrobial photodynamics around the world.

Cameron Lawrence – Chief Operating and Financial Officer

Cameron Lawrence is an executive with more than ten years of senior leadership positions with public high tech and biotech companies in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Ondine, Mr. Lawrence served as Chief Financial Officer and later General Manager of PNI Digital Media, a subsidiary of Staples Inc. During his tenure at PNI, he led a strategic acquisition, closed significant financing, and helped lead the operational turnaround that resulted in the eventual sale of PNI to Staples Inc. Prior to joining PNI, Mr. Lawrence served as Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company based in Bothell, WA. and Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Lawrence currently serves as a member of the advisory board of Intranet Connections.

Michelle Anschuetz – Chief Commercial Officer

Michelle Anschuetz is a proven senior executive, C-suite officer, entrepreneur, and consultant with thirty years of success in technology, healthcare, cyber security, financial services, medical, medical devices, banking, media, entertainment, and retail. Prior to joining Ondine, Ms. Anschuetz held leadership positions at Flag Rank Leaders LLC, Aon/Stroz Friedberg, Oracle, and Hewlett-Packard. Her broad areas of expertise include leadership, international business, P&L, sales strategy and management, CRM, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, integration, private equity, cloud computing, revenue generation, SaaS, operations management, global markets, and expansion.

Tom Dawson, Vice President, Operations and Engineering

Lean Executive Leadership – Danaher

Tom Dawson has over thirty-five years’ experience developing and commercializing new products, implementing operational best practices, lean enterprise systems, and managing P&L responsibility for sensor & instrument, telecom, medical device, and electronics firms. Prior to joining Ondine, Mr. Dawson served as Vice President of Operations of DuxArea, Inc., President of Kistler-Morse Corporation, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, and Vice President and General Manager of Leviton Voice and Data, a division of Leviton Manufacturing Company. One of the original employees of the start-up business unit, he also held the position of Director of M&S, IT, Product Development, HR and Operations. He has managed multiple sites including in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Mr. Dawson is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and lectures at various academic institutions and has served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Washington.

Dr. Roger Andersen, Vice President, Regulatory and Medical Affairs

MD – University of Guadalajara

Dr. Roger Andersen develops Ondine’s regulatory and clinical programs, working extensively with the FDA, Health Canada and the EU to obtain regulatory approvals. Prior to joining the company, he practiced as a physician and surgeon in Seattle and directed a clinical research organization for pharmaceutical and medical device clinical trials.

Jason Hickok, Vice President, Clinical and Medical Affairs

Jason Hickok recently joined Ondine Biomedical after fifteen years with HCA Healthcare, where he served as Assistant Vice President for Research and Patient Safety in the Clinical Services Group (CSG). Under his stewardship, HCA established CSG’s Infection Prevention Department, successfully deployed multiple quality improvement toolkits, and conducted a large scale public/private research study in partnership with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Insitute, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Mr. Hickok’s clinical experiences include emergency department, critical care, and case management. He is a member of APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology), NAHQ (National Association for Healthcare Quality), NPSF (National Patient Safety Foundation), and Graduate Fellow of the NPSF Leadership Program.

Vipul Shah, Vice President, Finance ORL

Vipul Shah has an extensive financial and accounting background, spanning thirty years. He has held senior management positions with a wide range of companies from biotech and technology start-ups to major financial institutions and venture capital companies.

Eric Chan, Vice President, Accounting and Finance

Eric Chan joined Ondine in April 2018 as VP Finance and Accounting, following fourteen years of senior finance positions at companies such as Cardiome Pharmaceuticals Inc., Westport Fuel Systems, Kit and Ace and Entertainment One. Most recently, Eric, was Director of Finance at Cardiome Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for the financial operations, financing, treasury, regulatory compliance, risk management and financial talent development.
